If the Service is later transferred to, operated by, or reorganized under a company or other legal entity, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide notice as described below.

4. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Account Data: We retain account information while your account remains active. After account deletion, for information under our direct control, we aim to delete or de-identify account data within 30 days, except that backup copies may persist for up to 90 days and records needed for security, dispute, tax, payment, legal, or accounting purposes may be retained for the period required or permitted by law.
- Processed Content: Prompts, uploaded references, generated images, generated videos, and asset metadata may be retained while they remain in your account, asset library, generation history, or related storage. Temporary uploads and processing files under our direct control are generally deleted within 30 days after generation is completed or otherwise ends, unless a shorter or longer period is required by the applicable AI provider, storage provider, security review, debugging need, abuse prevention need, user request, or legal requirement.
- Logs: Security, debugging, request, and transaction logs are generally retained for up to 180 days. Logs related to payments, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, safety incidents, security events, or legal compliance may be retained longer as reasonably necessary.
- Analytics: Analytics and product usage data may be aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized and retained to improve the Service. We do not attempt to re-identify aggregated or anonymized data.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including:
- Encryption in transit where supported.
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms.
- Segregation of production credentials and environment configuration.
- Logging, monitoring, and request tracing for security and reliability.
- Secure storage and delivery practices for generated media and user assets.
- Vendor and infrastructure controls appropriate for payment, storage, authentication, email, and AI processing services.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined under applicable California privacy laws. We may disclose information only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service, including:
- With AI model providers and processing services that generate, transform, moderate, or return images, videos, text, or related outputs. These providers may process and retain submitted inputs and outputs according to their own service terms, data processing terms, abuse monitoring requirements, and technical retention limits.
- With cloud, database, storage, CDN, cache, logging, and infrastructure providers that host, process, store, or deliver the Service.
- With payment processors such as Stripe to process subscriptions, invoices, purchases, taxes, chargebacks, and payment status.
- With authentication, email, analytics, anti-abuse, and customer support providers.
- With Notion or other integrations when you authorize a connection or request an export.
- With professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, or courts when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
- With your consent or at your direction.
- For AI model processing, we do not use your private prompts, uploads, references, or generated assets to train our own foundation models. When selecting third-party AI providers or configuring provider accounts, we seek to use provider terms, data processing terms, or API settings that do not authorize training public foundation models on private user content without consent. Third-party AI providers may still process and retain submitted inputs and outputs according to their own service terms, data processing terms, abuse monitoring requirements, technical retention limits, legal obligations, and the account or API settings available to us.

We currently do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we use advertising or analytics tools that require opt-out rights under applicable law, we will provide an appropriate opt-out mechanism and will honor legally required Global Privacy Control signals where required.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use paid features. 11. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws, including rights to know, access, delete, correct, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and opt out of certain selling or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined under applicable California privacy laws.
